What Christian Nationalism Looks Like

Do you wonder what America would look like if Christian Nationalism won the day and made the USA into a Christian nation? You don’t have to use your imagination. History is full of examples of Christian Nationalist regimes, and none of them were places I’d want to live.

Consider England under the Christian Nationalist dictator Oliver Cromwell. The Christian Nationalist government banned books, banned theater, banned alcohol, banned makeup, and even banned Christmas. It all got started with a years-long civil war with Christians killing Christians over which form of True Christianity should control the government. So, Christian Nationalism was years of bloodshed and then years of no one being allowed to have any fun.

Whenever Christian Nationalism gains control of a country, it ruins life in the name of righteousness.
