Keep Your Church Out Of Our Schools

Christian Nationalists invade American public schools

Christa Sullinger of Garrett, Indiana is pushing for public school resources to be used to take students away from education to attend Christian religious indoctrination sessions run by LifeWise…

… but she says the reason she wants public schools to give way to Christian proselytization, however, is that her 10 year-old son plays baseball on Sundays instead of going to church.

Christian Nationalists have already forced everybody else to change their weekly schedules so that Christians can devote their Sundays to going to church. Only 5% of Americans, 1 out of 20, however, go to church every week.

If Christian Americans are not taking advantage of the special privileges they already get to have preferential access to religious organizations on Sundays, why should they be allowed to drain resources from public schools to have even more religious indoctrination of children during the school week?

This episode of the podcast includes a Country Music Against Christian Nationalism song titled Keep Your Church Out Of Our Schools.

The lyrics:

Only one in twenty

Americans go

Every week

To church.

Why do you think

Americans

don’t like church?

You want to force your religion

into the schools,

but you don’t go to church.

Do you think that we’re fools?

You already own Sunday,

and Monday is not Sunday.

Public schools are for education

not for church indoctrination.

If we wanted more church

Then we would go to church

But we don’t go to church.

Take the hint!

Keep your church

out of our schools.

Keep your church

out of our schools.

Church is pushy.

Church is boring.

Church is preachy.

Churches take our money.

Church is controlling.

Church teaches magic.

Church tells me who I can kiss.

Church tells me who I can love.

Church tells me who I can marry.

Church is the last place I want my children to be.

I want my kids to learn.

Church is the last place I want my children to be.
