What If We Don’t Want To Be Saved?
What would it mean for us to get the salvation that Christian Nationalism offers?
It would mean going to church every Sunday and handing over 10 percent of our income.
It would mean reading the same old book over and over again.
It would mean hanging out with Christians who hate their neighbors.
It would mean spending the rest of our lives being true to someone else’s idea of happiness.
It would mean contributing to the end of American democracy.
It would mean looking forward to the end of the world and Jesus coming down to set the whole thing on fire.
It would mean having to watch Christian movies and listen to Christian music.
It would mean being part of the fascist problem.
